Solution
The OWL system is a private message function that lets you send messages to other forum users.
To view/send messages, find the drop down menu in the upper right corner of the main page, and click "Messenger." This will gain you quick access to your own "inbox."
New Members and Guests do not have access to the PM system. If you need to discuss private information with a staff member, please launch a trouble ticket or use the staff email.
