Solution
Many members may find, on trying to edit their chapter or perhaps to make changes to their bio, that the "submit" or "preview" button seems to be missing. This happens when a member inputs faulty HTML of some kind into the entry field and submits the changes. The open HTML forces the browser to insert any tags, such as those that create buttons, inside the open tag you input and renders them useless.

The remedy to this problem is a quick one. You will need to switch browsers into Internet Explorer, which has a fail stop that will not allow this sort of thing to happen, and edit the offending area to remove the faulty HTML. Once the changes have been submitted, you should be able to edit the page as normal in any browser.
